Welcome to Japanese Charm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use japanesecharm.com or buy from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Japanese Charm is based in Houston, Texas.

Orders

• After you place an order, we will email you an order confirmation. This email means we received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it.
• We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• We work to show correct prices, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you before shipping, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
• Payment is due when you place your order.

Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns

Our Shipping & Returns page explains shipping times, backorders, cancellations, and what to do if an item arrives damaged, wrong, or missing. That page is part of these Terms. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except as described on that page.

About Our Products

• We describe and photograph our items as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen.
• Many of our items are antiques or vintage pieces. They may show signs of age, such as wear, scratches, or patina.
• Gachapon figures, miniatures, and other small items are collectibles and contain small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3.
• For food items such as sweets, teas, and honey, please check the ingredients before use. If you have allergies or other concerns, please contact us before ordering. Do not give honey to infants under 1 year old.

All content on this site, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Japanese Charm or the people who license it to us. Please do not copy or use it without our permission.
